In the kitchen, our Executive Chef Frank Uphoff and his crew work with diamond–cut precision and a passion for fine, locally–sourced ingredients – beautifully prepared and presented.

Bar staff double as trained Baristas who specialize in Latte Art, while table servers will be delighted to share their in–depth knowledge of Restaurant Pearl’s menus, or to recommend the perfect wine to complement the exquisite food.

At 12 years old I already knew what I wanted to do when I became a grown-up! Working in the Hospitality industry! Therefore I have successfully finished a four years hospitality management course and 5.5 years ago I started working for Hilton. I have been working in different outlets on different positions and enjoyed every one of them, but most of all I’ve learned a lot! Since May 2011 I work for the beautiful Hilton The Hague were you can feel a professional, positive and fun work environment!

Restaurant Pearl has a fabulous atmosphere and a sparkling, driven team! Together we’re making sure that we are taking care of our guests and that they feel comfortable and at home. This positive vibe makes  Restaurant Pearl a fun and nice place to work and manage, but definitely a good place to be for lunch and dinner!
