Restaurant Pearl introduces Mondriaan Menu


Restaurant Pearl, in Hilton The Hague, launches special Mondriaan-menu

By cutting the large Mondriaan-cake, Chef Frank Uphoff of Restaurant Pearl, in Hilton The Hague, launched the special Mondriaan-menu he composed. In the context of 100 years “De Stijl”, the Mondriaan year gives the guests of Restaurant Pearl the opportunity to enjoy special courses based on the lifecycle of Piet Mondriaan. The menu consists of a Dutch starter, a typical French main course and a spectacular designed dessert based on the Victory Boogie Woogie which Mondriaan made when he stayed in New York. Restaurant Pearl won the Golden Ladle


Winner Golden Ladle 2015

Restaurant Pearl won the Golden Ladle of the newspaper “Het Algemeen Dagblad”. The restaurant in Hilton The Hague, located on the Zeestraat, was judged the best because of the quality of the dishes, guest -oriented service from the staff, the atmosphere of the restaurant and the value for money. This resulted in a 8.4 as a final grade, Restaurant Pearl is very proud of this prestigious award. 

Hilton launches special Braille packages as first hotel in the Netherlands


Shopping Night

Last Monday 18th January 2016, Hilton The Hague launched as the first hotel in the Netherlands a special Braille package for the visually disabled, in collaboration with hotelaccessiblity.com. The package includes a menu, wine list, hotel floor plan and information kit.
